Grade A icy jade Guan Yin pendant, with great lustre and high translucency. The jade quality is excellent with fine jade grains and great clarity. The water content is extremely rich, hence the entire jadeite appears shiny and watery. There is also a beautiful natural glow within the jadeite. The carvings are delicate, showing very fine details of Guan Yin’s face. The back of the jade Guan Yin is totally flat with no extra concave carvings needed. This type of “flat cut” is rarely seen, and usually possible to apply only for jade with extremely high quality and good thickness. Clarity is very good with no crack lines or any significant inclusions to note. Dimensions of the jadeite Guan Yin is very good and feels full to the touch. Designed in 18K white gold and diamonds.
